A challenging day of hunting red deer in Ireland is hard to beat. It’s a rugged sport that requires stamina, determination, a quick eye and a steady hand by the hunter. It is not for the faint hearted.

The elusive red deer deer in it’s natural habitat, an experience like no other.

Caccia Irlanda offers an entirely bespoke Red Deer adventure. This is a guided experience. We have at our disposal about 100,000 acres of hunting grounds on and off the coast of Limerick and Cork or offshore on one of the Majestic Blastic Islands in Kerry. The hunting is done with a professional guide, stalking or stand hunting. The hunting party starts at dawn and will generally break at about 10:30-11 am as the deer are hiding. Lunch is usually enjoyed at a local pub and there is time for some rest or touring. The hunt resumes again with your guide at around 4:30 pm and lasts until dark.

Accommodation is at Snipe Cottage, lovely Irish breakfasts and evening dinners are served up from the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Should you wish we can arrange in house whiskey and beer tasting from our local producers and set up other activities to your interests, such as golfing, fishing or cultural experiences.
