The rich and varied terrain in Kerry provides perfect habitats for a large variety of huntable species. This allows us to offer you a wide variety of experiences. Our small game packages include woodcock, snipe, duck, pheasant, geese, rabbit and wild Irish goat. Each experience is tailor made to your preference.
Ireland is a hunters paradise, located on the South-West tip of Ireland, where the rugged mountains with their endless streams come down to embrace and meet the ocean, surrounded by beech woods and scrublands. Each hunting party is conducted in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere by our experienced guide, ready and willing to share his expertise and willing to introduce you the famous hospitality of the Irish who will do their utmost to facilitate your stay. Evenings are reserved for entertainment and sampling the visits to local pubs is a must !
A hunter’s dream trip in an exclusive territory of 100.000 hectares.
Hunting can be carried out in various ways; With pointing dogs (pointers, Irish or English setters) in open ground, mountain areas or in light wooden areas. Alternatively with springers or cockers. This is the traditional Irish style of hunting, where dogs go towards heavy vegetation forcing woodcocks to fly away. The guide will place hunters and he will then go into the woods with the dogs, forcing the woodcocks to fly toward the hunters. The hunt will provide a mix of woodcocks, snipes, pheasant, wild pigeons and hares.
We are also happy to arrange evening duck hunts.
